By downloading or using LoomiTV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may modify these terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

LoomiTV is a cross-platform media player available on Android TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Android, and iOS. LoomiTV allows you to connect your own Xtream Codes or M3U media source.

LoomiTV does not provide, host, store, sell, or distribute any streaming content, channels, or subscriptions. LoomiTV acts solely as a media player interface. You are solely responsible for providing your own content source and ensuring your use of any third-party media service complies with applicable law.

LoomiTV Pro is an optional, one-time purchase that grants a lifetime license to unlock multi-screen viewing, cloud sync, unlimited playlists, and an ad-free experience. All core player features — playback, EPG, and favorites — remain free.

A Pro license activates on a limited number of devices depending on the tier purchased (Solo, Duo, or Family). You may deactivate a license from one device to activate it on another. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice; price changes do not affect licenses already purchased.

You agree not to use the Service to engage in illegal activity, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its systems, interfere with or disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

LoomiTV does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any content accessed through third-party media services you connect. You are solely responsible for the source you provide and for ensuring your use of it complies with applicable law, including copyright law.

The LoomiTV application, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of LoomiTV and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoomiTV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.
