This Privacy Policy explains how LoomiTV ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use the LoomiTV application on Android TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Android, or iOS.

LoomiTV is a media player. It does not host, provide, or sell any content, channels, or subscriptions — you connect your own Xtream Codes login or M3U playlist.

Purchase Information: If you buy a Pro license, we collect the email address used for the purchase and your license key, so we can verify and support your license.

Playlist Credentials: Your Xtream Codes login or M3U URL is stored locally on your device by default. If you opt into Cloud Sync (Pro), this data is stored on our servers so it can sync across your licensed devices.

Usage Data: We may collect limited technical data (app version, device platform, crash reports) to maintain and improve the app. We do not track or log which sources from your playlist you watch.

Local Storage: On-device storage is used to save your connection details, favorites, and preferences locally.

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the app, verify and support Pro licenses, sync your settings across your own devices (if you opt into Cloud Sync), improve app stability, and respond to support requests.

Payment Processing: Pro license purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider. We never store your full card or bank details.

Media Providers: Your playlist credentials are sent directly from your device to your media provider's server. We do not intercept, store, or have access to your streaming content.

Your playlist credentials and preferences are stored locally on your device unless you opt into Cloud Sync. Cloud-synced data (Pro users) is stored on secured servers with access limited to your own account. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent for data processing at any time. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.

We retain purchase and license data for as long as needed to support your license and to comply with legal and accounting obligations. If you request account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

LoomiTV is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have done so, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of LoomiTV after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
